Please fill in the contact form below if you have an enquiry relating to a young person with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP).
You can use this form to:
- Share any information regarding a young person’s EHCP, such as the young person’s current plan, reports, assessments, or supporting evidence.
- Sending us information from the local authority, including consultation letters, review paperwork, or requests for YMCA Key College regarding a young person’s EHCP.
