Pre-Supported Internship Retail Skills Focus

A Pre-Supported Internship (Pre-SI) is a structured, work-based study programme for young people (aged 16–24) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). It acts as a stepping-stone to build the confidence, life skills, and readiness needed for a full Supported Internship.

This course could be for you if you:
- You have an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and are 16-24 years old.
- You are motivated to work towards paid employment.
- You would like to learn the essential skills needed to work in retail, customer service and other public-facing roles.

- Progress to a higher-level qualification.
