How does IAG benefit the students?
IAG benefits our learners as it gives them the information to be able to explore their options and progress on their own pathway, along with support to address barriers.
What is a typical IAG session?
There is no typical session, an IAG session will vary depending on the needs of our learners. We can offer 1-2-1 chats with our learners or workshops with small groups. We have an inhouse careers coordinator who will provide a lot of the information, but we will also have external speakers and organise visits to local organisations to enhance our learners understanding.
